Q:   How far ahead should I book my Event?
A:   1 to 2 months ahead of time, however, Christmas and Halloween generally require 2 to 3 months of lead time depending on how elaborate the event is. Call for more details.

Q;   What are the rates?
A:   Jobs start at $250 and up.

Q:   How do you arrive at a price for an event?
A:   The price is based on a variety of things, size and complexity of theme. It also depends on the types of props and lighting equipment you wish to use and finally the amount of time it will take to setup and break down the event.

Q:   Does your company supply its own props?
A:   Yes

Q:   If I own a business and I want to set up my windows and lobby for an upcoming holiday like Christmas. Can I setup after Thanksgiving and keep it up until New Years without paying any extra charges?
A:   There is no extra charge for having it set up early and leaving it there for the entire holiday season.

Q:   Am I responsible for taking down the decorations after the event?
A:   No, we will setup and take down everything that we have supplied.

Q:   Do you provide discounts for multiple events in any time period.?
A:   Discounts will be given for having 2 or more events in a 12 month period.

Q:   If I refer a friend or business partner to you who uses your services. Do I get any referral fees?
A:   Absolutely!
